Credit & Refund Policy
Every warm transfer costs $49 and is billed from your prepaid wallet the moment the call ends. If a transfer did not meet what we promised, you file a dispute in your portal and we credit the wallet.
What we credit
- Wrong or disconnected numberThe consumer's callback number is invalid or unreachable.
- DuplicateThe same consumer was transferred to you within the previous 30 days.
- Out of areaThe consumer's state or ZIP falls outside the coverage on your profile.
- Wrong productThe consumer wants a line of business your profile did not request.
- No consumer on the lineThe consumer dropped before your agent could speak with them.
What we don't credit
- Consumer declined your quoteA transfer is a live conversation, not a sale.
- Price shopping or not buying todayInterest was confirmed; the outcome is not guaranteed.
- Agent unavailableNobody picked up or the call went to voicemail on your side.
- Non-qualifying risk on your guidelinesUnderwriting appetite differs by carrier and agency.
- Reported after the dispute windowClaims must be filed within 24 hours.
How to file
Open the transfer in your portal, choose Dispute, pick a reason, and add a short note. We review the call recording and decide. Approved disputes are credited in full or in part depending on what the recording shows. Persistent quality issues get your coverage adjusted, not just credited.
Top-ups are non-refundable
Wallet top-ups are final and are not refunded back to your card. An individual warm transfer can be credited under the circumstances listed above, and approved credits are always returned to your wallet balance so you can spend them on future transfers. There are no contracts or minimums — if you pause delivery, any unused balance stays on your account and is available whenever you resume.
