From consumers requesting a quote: name, phone number, email, address or ZIP, and the insurance details needed to match them with an agency (such as vehicle, property, current carrier, and renewal timing). We also record the date, time, page, and text of the consent given at submission.

From agencies: contact details, licensed states, destination phone numbers, delivery preferences, and wallet transaction history.

Consumers who submit an inquiry give express written consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email about insurance quotes, including by autodialed or prerecorded means, and understand consent is not a condition of purchase. Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, and compliance.

We use inquiry information to qualify the consumer and hand the call to a licensed insurance agency that can provide a quote. When a transfer is completed, the consumer's contact and quote details are shared with that agency, which then handles the information under its own privacy practices.

We also use service providers for telephony, hosting, and payment processing. We do not sell consumer information for advertising purposes.

Consumers can ask to be removed at any time by telling the agent on the call, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us. Removal requests are added to our internal suppression list and honored on all future campaigns.

We keep inquiry records, consent proof, and call recordings for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance and resolve disputes, then delete them. Access is restricted to authorized staff, and data is stored with encryption in transit and at rest.

Our service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
